(1)Yog Rishi Swami Ramdev ji, who is President of Patanjalii Yog Peeth (Trust) and Divya Yog Mandir (Trust), Kankhal, Hardwar will be. the first Chancellor of Patanjali University and will hold office for life long and therafter Patanjalii Yog Peeth (Trust) will appoint Chancellor from among the Trustees with the prior approval of the Visitor.(2)The Chancellor shall have other such powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or the Statutes made there under.
