19. Annual reports.
- The Annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Executive Council and shall be submitted to Board on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and shall be considered by the Board at its budget meeting.(2)The board may communicate its comments thereon to the Executive Council.
