Section 8 in The Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2003
8. Amendment of section 8.- In section 8 of the principal Act,-
(a)in sub- section (1), the words" who is also a citizen or national of another country" shall be omitted;(b)in the proviso to sub- section (2), after the word" declaration", the words" in the prescribed form and manner" shall be inserted;(c)sub- section (3) shall be omitted.
