Section 4(5) in The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) Act, 2006
(5)The campus of the University shall be on the land owned/leased by the sponsor with adequate class rooms, lecturer halls, libraries, offices besides play ground and sports facilities.
