Section 20(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984
(1)The Government may, by notification, appoint such persons possessing such qualifications as may be prescribed to be Inspectors for the purposes of this Act, and may assign to them such local limits as they may think fit.
