Opportunity to respondent No. 1 to file the counter affidavit has already been declined.
Respondent Nos. 2, 6, 11 to 15, 18, 20, 21 and 23 have been served, but none has entered appearance.
Learned counsel for the petitioners to furnish spare copies along with fresh and complete addresses for service on respondent Nos. 3 to 5, 7 to 10, 19 and 22 within two weeks' time as “Left and insufficient addresses” remarks have been received in track report. Thereafter notice be issued. On the request of the learned counsel, service through learned trial court is also allowed.
Respondent No. 16 has expired as per the remark received in track report. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners has to file the application for substitution of L.Rs. Of deceased respondent No. 16 within three weeks' time.
List again on 14th of September, 2017.
