Section 10(2) in The Punjab Security of Land Tenures Rules, 1956
(2)To decide if a farm is well-run, the [Committee] [Substituted for words 'Board' or 'Special Board' by G.S.R. 29, dated 13th January, 1964.] shall assign it marks in the manner explained in Rule 11, and classify it as follows :-Class A. - If it is awarded 80 per cent or more marks.Class B. - If it is awarded 60 to 80 per cent marks.Class C. - If it is awarded less than 60 per cent marks.
