8. Complaint of Sexual Harassment.
(1)Any aggrieved woman may make a complaint in writing of sexual harassment at the Punjab and Haryana High Court precincts to the GSICC through the Member Secretary in accordance with the form and procedure so notified by it: Provided that where the aggrieved woman is unable to make such a complaint in writing due to any reason, the Member of the GSICC or volunteer, as the case may be, shall render all reasonable assistance to the woman for making the complaint in writing.(2)Where the aggrieved woman is unable to make a complaint on account of her physical or mental incapacity or death or for any other reason, her legal heir or such other person directly concerned with her interests may make a complaint under this Regulation.
