Section 101(1) in Madhya Pradesh Bhu-Rajasva Sanhita (Rajasva Nyayalayon Ki Prakriya) Niyam, 2019
(1)if the sale of any immovable property has been confirmed, the Revenue Court shall grant a certificate to the purchaser specifying the date on which the sale is confirmed, the property sold, and the name of the purchaser and shall put the purchaser in possession of such property.
