We have perused the record produced by the respondents. To say the least, the action of the respondents in not giving appointment to the petitioners is not only whimsical and illogical, but even contrary to the advertisement that is issued by them.
Faced with this, we have called for the presence of the members of the Committee, who had verified the documents and even they are not in a position to satisfy the Court with regard to their action ::: Downloaded on - 05/01/2023 20:33:22 :::CIS taken in depriving the petitioners of their legitimate .
right of being considered for appointment.
Learned counsel for the respondent prays for and is granted a week's time to review the decision.
