25. Period of deputation to an organisation in India.
- Period of deputation of an employee to another organisation in India will count as qualifying service.Provided the organistion to which he is deputed or the employee pays the pensionary contributions at the rates specified in sub regulation (a) of regulation 7 of these regulations or at the rates specified by the Bank at the time of deputation, whichever is higher, to the Bank.
