13. Crossing of Efficiency bar.
- An Officer will be allowed to cross the efficiency bar in the time scale of his pay when the Government are satisfied that he is capable of performing all the duties ordinarily expected of an Assistant Public Prosecutor.Appendix I(See Rule 4)
