(b)this rule has been displayed in English and in the [Official language of the Stateand the language understood by the majority] [Substituted vide No. G.S.R. 18/C.A. 4/36/Section 26/Amendment (2)/81, dated 13th March, 1981.] of the employed persons at or near the main entrance of the factory and has been so displayed for not less than one month before the commencement of the absence in respect of which the deduction is made;
