Section 247(7) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(7)the persons making the inspection under sub-section (6), may communicate to the person, from whom intimation under sub-section (5) has been received, its view in regard to the result of such inspection and may after ascertaining the opinion of the said person, recommend to that person the action to be taken as a result for such inspection and also report to the Commissioners the action, if any, which is proposed to be taken for the purposes of implementation of any such recommendation.
