Section 22(3) in Kerala Town and Country Planning Act, 2016
(3)For the purpose of assisting the Metropolitan Planning Committee in exercising such of its powers, discharging such of its duties or performing such of its functions under this Act, the Metropolitan Planning Committee may constitute one or more special committees:Provided that the Metropolitan Planning Committee may also constitute working groups for various sectors for giving guidance and support to the special committees in the preparation of perspective plan and execution plan.
