Section 361(10) in The Madurai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1971
(10)[ Save as otherwise specially provided in this Act, if orders on an application for permission under sub-section (1) are not received by the applicant within sixty day after the receipt of the application by the Commissioner, permission shall be deemed to have been granted subject to the law, rules, by-laws, regulations and all conditions ordinarily imposed.
