Section 7(3) in THE KARNATAKA EPIDEMIC DISEASES ACT, 2020.

(3)Upon failure to pay the compensation awarded under sub-sections (l) and (2), such amount shall be recovered as an arrear of the land revenue under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964).
