Section 25 in The Delhi Land Holdings (Ceiling) Act, 1960
25. Protection of action taken under the Act.-
No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any authority or officer in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules or orders made thereunder.
