Section 2(xi) in Rules of Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trading Agreement between the Republic of India and the Republic of Chile Rules, 2007
(xi)vessel means any ship engaged in commercial fishing or commercial exploitation of marine products (on High Seas) registered with a Party and flying its flag and at least 50% of equity is owned by citizen/s, corporation or government of the Party.
