Section 845(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)Where the Court sends a process for service or execution to any Court beyond its jurisdiction, it shall endorse thereon a certificate that the fee chargeable under the Rules has been levied, so that it may be served or executed free of further charge by the Court to which it is sent.
