W.P 24935 (W) of 2013 with WP 25931 (W) of 2013 This has come up for correction of the order dated 14th August 2014. It appears on page 14 of the order while setting out paragraph 18 from Iswarlal Mohanlal Thakkar there are some inadvertent mistakes in the order dated 14th August 2014. This paragraph should start with "18" and at the beginning of 4th line of this paragraph "judgment and order of the Labour Court. In Heinz India (P) Ltd. v. State of U.P. (2012) 5 SCC 443" should be inserted. The very next para start with 'Judicial review........ be replaced with "68. ..... 'Judicial review.........".
In view thereof page 14 of the order stands corrected to the extent indicated above. The certified copy and the server copy be corrected accordingly.
