21M. Final allotment.
(1)After the tenements are ready for occupation, the Estate Manager shall issue an allotment letter to such of the tenderers who have accepted and complied with the requirements of the letter of intimation of allotment informing them that the tenements have been finally allotted to them on the terms and conditions accepted by them. The tenderer shall in writing be asked to take over possession of the tenement within such period as may be specified in the letter.(2)On acceptance of the allotment of a tenement, the allottee shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the allotment order and the provisions of the Act and Rules and Regulations made thereunder till the property is duly conveyed to the co-operative society, company or association as provided in these Regulations.
