Section 358(1) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)The Council or District Committee may appoint the following Sub-Committees for the efficient conduct of its business and achievement of its objects and purposes : -(a)Accident Research Sub-Committee.(b)Traffic Control and Enforcement Sub-Committee.(c)Traffic Engineering Sub-Committee.(d)Statistical Sub-Committee.(e)Third Party insurance Sub-Committee.(f)Finance Sub-Committee.(g)Publicity and Safety Literature Sub-Committee.(h)Safety Driving Competition Sub-Committee.(i)Education Sub-Committee.(j)Any other Committee that may be necessary.
