Section 5(1) in J&K State Haj Committee Rules, 2013
(1)The Chairperson and members of the Committee shall be entitled to Travel Allowances and Daily Allowances for attending the meetings of the Committee and undertaking tours whether in India or abroad at the rates admissible to Grade-A Officers of the Government.
