Section 33(1) in Andhra Pradesh Government Medical and Dental Institutions (Conversion into Semi-Autonomous Institutions) Act, 2007
(1)In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Institute shall be guided by such directions on question of policy relating to the State purposes or in case of any emergency as may be given to it by the Government.
