Section 19 in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014
19. Members, Officers and other staff of Authority to be public servants Central Act 45 of 1860.
- The Chairperson, members, officers and other employees of the Authority shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made there under, to be the public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
