Section 2(1)(d) in The Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955

(d)"Village Industries" includes such industries as may be recommended from time to time by the Khadi and Village Industries Board appointed by the Central Government and such other industries, as may be determined by the Board to be village industries.
