26. Borrower not bound by money-lenders statement of accounts. -
A borrower to whom a statement of accounts has been furnished under section 25 shall not be bound to acknowledge or deny its correctness, and his failure to do so shall not, by itself, be deemed to be an admission of the correctness of the account.
