Section 21(1) in The Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010
(1)The Board may prepare a housing scheme for the resettlement of persons who are to be resettled or provided alternative accommodation under any scheme for the removal of any jhuggi jhopri basti under the provisions of Section 10 or Section 12 of this Act.
