Section 31(1) in The U.P. Higher Education Services Commission Act, 1980
(1)The Commission may, with the previous approval of the State Government, make regulations prescribing fees for holding selections, conducting examinations where necessary, holding interviews and laying down the procedure to be followed by the Commission for discharging its duties and performing its functions under this Act.
