08.07.2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset places reliance on Order dated 22nd June, 2022, passed in identical matter being WP(C) No. 1275/2022 and submits that the case of the petitioner is identical to the aforesaid case and, therefore, similar protection needs to be accorded to the petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record.
Notice to the respondents in the main as well as in CM, returnable within one week.
List along with WP(C) No. 1275/2022 on 18th July, 2022. In the meanwhile, with a view to maintain parity, it is provided that there shall be status quo to be maintained by the parties till next date of hearing.
