Section 113(a) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)(i)every crane, if so constructed that the safe working load may be varied by raising or lowering of the jib or otherwise, is attached with an automatic indicator of safe working loads which gives a warning to the operator wherever the load exceeds the safe working load;(ii)cut out is provided which automatically arrests the movements of the lifting parts of every crane if the load exceeds the safe working load, wherever possible.
