Section 16(3) in The Voluntary Disclosure Of Income And Wealth Act, 1976
(3)Mere a declaration is made under sub-clause (i) or sub-clause (ii) of clause (B) of sub-section (1), the provisions of section 16 of the Gold (Control) Act, shall, so far as may be, apply as if such declaration were a declaration made under that section.
