Section 12(1)(a) in The Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922

(a)The trust shall ordinarily meet for the transaction of business at least once in every month at such time as it may fix, provided that the chairman may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon the written request of not less than two trustees, call a special meeting.
