Section 19(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Vigilance Commission Act, 2011
(1)The Commission may, with the previous approval of the Government, by notification in the Government Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to provide for all matters for which provision is expedient for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
