Section 64 in The Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956
64. Notification of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
- For the purpose of acquiring land for the Planning authority under the Land Acquisition Act, 1 of 1894 the said Act shall be subject to the modification specified in the Schedule to this Act.
