(d)"Provisional duty" means a countervailing duty imposed under sub-section (2) of [section 9] [Substituted 'Section 9A' by Notification No.10/2020-Customs (N.T.), dated 2.2.2020 (w.e.f. 1.1.1995).] of the Act;
