(6)The proceedings of the meeting shall be prepared in Hindi written in Devanagri script so as to clearly bring out the Committee's recommendations regarding the fair and reasonable price at which tendu leaves may be purchased from the growers other than the State Government and also its advice on such other matter as may be referred to it by the Government.
