Section 4(1) in The First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, 2013
(1)The bodies entitled to nominate or elect representative of the Executive Council referred to in clause (a) of first Statute 3 shall be invited by the Registrar to do so within a period not exceeding six weeks from the date on which such invitations are issued by him.
