Section 21 in The Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981
21. Place of trial.-
Any person committing an offence under this Act or any rules made thereunder may be tried for the offence in such place as the Central Government may, by general or special order, published in the Official Gazette, direct in this behalf.
