This application has been filed by the private respondent and the order
dated 23rd February, 2015 was passed in his presence. In case the private respondent was aggrieved by the said order dated 23rd February, 2015 it was open for him to file an appeal.
Counsel for the licensing Company has submitted that no appeal has been filed. Therefore, this CPAN 1830 of 2015 cannot be entertained and accordingly is dismissed.
By letter dated 22nd September, 2015 the licensing company informed the advocate of the private respondent so also the private respondent that the order dated 23rd February, 2015 has been complied. This is another reason to dismiss CPAN 1830 of 2015.
