Facts:
1. RTI application dated 29 January 2010 was presented by the appellant before the CPIO, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Kolkata to obtain information pertaining to his transfers.
2. Vide CPIO order dated 23 February 2010 and 2 March 2010, point wise information was furnished to the appellant.
3. Appellant preferred appeal dated 16 March 2010 before the first appellate authority.
4. Matter was disposed of vide FAA order dated 23 April 2010 vide which appellant was informed that he had not put forward any specific point in his appeal and on these grounds the same was dismissed.
5. Appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.
6. Matter was heard today via videoconferencing from Kolkata where respondent as above and appellant were present. The DDG ( HQ), New Delhi appeared in person. Appellant sought to have all file notings regarding his transfer at Zonal Office ( EZ) Appeal: No. CIC/DS/A/2011/002398/C level. CPIO stated that no such file notings existed on their records.

7. After hearing the averments of both parties, Commission is satisfied that information as held by the public authority has already been furnished to the appellant. No further action is called for. Appeal is dismissed.
