Section 25(1) in The M.P. Foreigners (Arrest and Conditions of Detention or Confinement) Order, 1974
(1)Whenever internees are transferred the Government or any officer authorised by it in this behalf may, be general or special order, authorise such mode of travel as it or he may deem necessary.
