47. Attendance Authority.
(1)The Assistant Secretaries of the State Board may appoint on the advice of the Committee appointed by the State Board under section 16, Attendance Authorities for the purpose of enforcing attendance in Schools.(2)The Attendance Authorities shall have such powers, responsibilities and duties as nay be prescribed.(3)An attendance order on the guardian of a child shall be passed at such time and in such manner as may be prescribed.
