224. Public examination in connection with fraud etc.
- Where, in a voluntary winding-up, an order is made for the public examination of any of the persons in connection with fraud, etc., the procedures relating to a public examination in a winding-up by the Tribunal shall apply mutatis mutandis in respect of such examination.Application against delinquent partners, designated partners and officers of the LLP
