          UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the
Court made the following
                             O R D E R

Respondent Nos.2, 16, 18 and 19 have already filed counter affidavit.

Despite last opportunity having been granted, respondent Nos.3, 7, 10, 14, 15, 20, 22, 25 and 26 have not filed counter affidavit, as such, further opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent Nos.5, 8, 11, 12, 30 and 36 for filing counter affidavit.

Remaining respondents have been served but none has entered appearance.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether counter affidavit is filed or not as further opportunity stands declined.
