Section 4(3) in The Maharashtra Medical Practitioners (Registration) Rules, 1961
(3)Every application for registration under sub-section (3) of section 17 shall also be accompanied by the diploma or certificate in original, in respect of the qualification of the application together with two copies of such diploma or certificate.
