Section 6(1) in The Punjab School Education Board Business Regulations
(1)Any member who wishes to move a resolution at a meeting shall forward a copy of the resolution to the Secretary so as to reach him not less than 7 days before the date of the meeting. He may withdraw the resolution by giving a written notice which should reach the Secretary not less than two days before the date of meeting.
