Section 63A(3)(b) in Bihar Factories Rules, 1950

(b)Where a direction under clause (a) has been given the manager or the occupier, as the case may be, shall submit the details in respect of the site and plans elevations and necessary cross-section of the cloak room and full details of other facilities to be provided to the Chief Inspector for approval within the time specified.
