Ms. Vandana Thakur, learned Counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner(s) in both the petitions. She is permitted to file power of attorney within two weeks.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the total amount which is payable to the respondent-complainant as compensation money, now only a sum of Rs. 1,91,000/- remains to be paid. She further submitted that as per instructions, in case, the Court is pleased to grant the petitioner time till 31st May, 2023, then entire amount will be paid by the petitioner in both the cases.
Before the request so made by learned Counsel for the petitioner is considered, let an affidavit to this effect be filed by the petitioner. For this purpose, the case is ordered to be listed on 24.04.2023.
At this stage, learned Counsel for respondent-
complainant submits that the entire amount has not been released in favour of the respondent. It is made clear that in case there is any ::: Downloaded on - 28/03/2023 20:43:18 :::CIS further amount lying deposited in this case with learned Trial Court .
which has not been released in favour of the respondent, then the same be released in favour of the respondent forthwith.
